Availability & booking rules controls exactly what times customers can book:

- Weekly hours: set open/closed and specific hours for each day. - Max simultaneous jobs: if you have more than one bay or technician, raise this above 1 so more than one job can be booked in the same window. - Minimum booking notice: require some lead time (e.g. 2 hours) so you're never surprised by a booking starting in 10 minutes. - Drop-off scheduling: let customers pick a separate drop-off time from the service window itself.
